Conveniently located 5km west of Melbourne’s CBD our studio is close to a host of cafes, restaurants, and Yarraville train station.
The studio itself is located on the ground level with bi-fold garage access, allowing for trouble-free entry and exit. It features 150m of newly fitted out open space, with three metre tall ceilings and a range of amenities.
